Submission guidelines

Abstract guidelines

• The abstract must follow the template established.
• The abstract must be limited to two pages + references and can include figures.
• Word template can be found Word-template.
• Abstract submission deadline: June, 21st, 2023

How to submit an abstract 

• First, you must Login or Create an Account on the CSSD/SciencesConf platform.
• Then in the website menu, click on Submission > New Submission and follow the steps.
• Step 1 - Metadata Give the Abstract title, keywords and select a topic from the list below. Click on Next Step.
• Step 2 - Author(s) Add the abstract authors. Do not forget to mention the speaker/presenter of the poster. Click on Next Step.
• Step 3 - File(s) Attach your abstract as a PDF file in the Abstract section and click on Upload.A template is available Click on Next Step.
• Step 4 - Overview All the informations are summarized. Click on Submit to finalize your submission.
